100% Hands Down Amazing Experience!!! Would recommend to everyone and will use for all my contracting needs. My garage door broke and my unit was 13 years old. The first company I scheduled to come out had a $49 fee for the visit, and would be by in 4 hours. While I’m waiting I get a message from Josh on the Nextdoor app, he explained from my picture the gear and sprocket broke, and he checked to confirm they still make the part, he can get it next day and how much it would cost. The other company I scheduled came out and told me the gear and sprocket broke, (exactly what Josh told me just by looking at a picture), and my unit was to old to fix I had to get a new unit for $600. Which I knew was not true and immediately contacted Josh to order the part. I sent the other company on their way, only after they collected the $49 trip fee. Josh sent his guy out next day, he arrived 10 minutes early was extremely friendly, and got right to work. 30 mins later he replaced the part and event greased all the parts on my unit and door!! Alpha Contracting did a fantastic job in the addition of my office. You can’t tell it wasn’t there when the house was built. They renovated our master bedroom and added a frameless shower to the the bathroom. They also removed and replaced our whole roof in one day. We hired Alpha Contracting to install our new roof after some severe wind damage. I’ve had many roofers stop by for our business and none of them seemed like a good fit and someone I could trust to be fair with us. That is until we were in contact with Joe at Alpha. Highly recommended. Showed up on time and worked hard all day to get the job done. I had drainage issues in my back yard, after consultation and review we decided to put in two drain basins with grates and send it all to the road to alleviate the water issues. It was 98 feet of pipe and a lot of digging. The team did a great job on the work needed and did some extra without asking, they tied in my gutters to the drain pipe. Alpha was great. We were referred them by one of our contractor friends when we needed help finding someone to fix our roof after Hurricane Beryl. You know when another contractor who's in the business recommends someone that they gotta be good. And Alpha was so professional. They responded same day to me even when I knew they were busy. Not only that, they kept me updated on when techs would be late or if they had to delay something and why. That kind of communication is rare nowadays. The pricing were very reasonable and they were honest with what was possible or not with our roof. We wanted upgraded shingles and other companies said no problem. But Alpha was the only company to tell us the truth about what additional steps we would need if we really wanted to go that route, which the other companies didn't even mention anything extra needed to do to do it the right way. They told us the truth at their own potential detriment and that was what actually sold us on their knowledge and professional attitude. We had tree and roof damage due to the wind storm that hit Waller County in May. Alpha Contracting pulled together crews to take care of the trees as well as the roof. We also had fascia that needed to be replaced and they took care of it all. The crews were great and did outstanding work. The blessing was it was all completed just ahead of Beryl blowing. I had abnormally creaking subfloor upstairs. Alpha was highly recommended in my neighborhood. This job required a lot of investigation and trial and error to get right. Joshua and his team kept me informed along the way and made sure our issue was corrected and fixed to my high standards.
